Visiting Uttrakhand not just giving you an experience of a new place, but an altogether different landscape and culture. Uttrakhand is not just in the top of the list of happy and peaceful life index, but are also at the top of tourism. It is also known as Dev Bhoomi of India which means the land of gods. Uttrakhand is a paradise for nature’s lovers and adventure sports like river rafting, trekking, parasailing, jeep safari enthusiast. Uttrakhand also nourishes a diverse and rich culture and monument of historical importance. Uttrakhand is broadly divided into two zones Kumaon and Garwal. Binsar

Jim Corbett National Park

Jim Corbett National Park is one of the oldest national parks of India situated in Ramanagar in Nainital district of Uttrakhand, it was a part of the erstwhile princely state of Tehri Garwal. Jim Corbett National Park is divided into four tourist zones namely Bijrani, Dhikala, Domunda and Jhirna. Its exotic landscapes, from the whispering pastures crisscrossed by off-ramps to the dense echoing woods dotted with varied flora and fauna, makes Jim Corbett National Park an adventure’s den and lensmen’s diorama. Over the years I have witnessed an increasing number of travellers from different corners. Apart from a few stretches, the core area is out of bound, are only allowed on the fringes of the sanctuary.

Mussorie

Mussorie is a most visited and popular destination of Uttrakhand, it is a renowned hill station in the long list of hills of Uttrakhand, Mussoorie is one of its kind. Mussoorie hill station has a lot of beautiful sceneries. They act as the main tourist attraction to the hill station. The green and rich flora of this area are the best attractions. Rishikesh

Located at the bank of holy river Ganga, Rishikesh is one of the holy city of India. It is situated in the Dehradun district of Uttrakhand. Rishikesh sightseeing includes visiting famous places in and around the holy and adventurous towns of Rishikesh. It is a place packed with dissimilar expertise for dissimilar people, most renowned of which are Yoga and river rafting. Kedarnath

Kedarnath is one of the holiest places of India situated at the 3,581 above sea level within the Garwal Himalayas. Pilgrims from all around the world visit Kedarnath to offer their prayers and get blessings from Lord Shiva. At Kedarnath there are several lakes are known for their religious significance – Shivkund, Retkund, Haskund, Uddakund and rudhrikund is most important.
